Katie & Dave

Katie & Dave are a couple I feel very lucky to have met and worked with.  I won’t be photographing their wedding (huge bummer), but had an amazing time with them shooting some incredible engagement photos out at the Historic Barns of Nipmoose.  After several attempts to shoot and lots of rescheduled dates, it was due or die on the third attempt, and yet another  seemingly doomed/rainy day – we decided to go for it anyway, and there was no turning back, rain or shine to complete the session.  Upon arriving and shooting for awhile, the clouds just seemed to move away and the most incredible sunset and light I’ve ever seen came out of the clouds at the very end… truly an amazing experience for a photographer that can spend years trying to find such incredible light when actually working with a couple and need it.  I loved hanging out wit Katie & Dave and am so pleased with some of the images were were able to create to celebrate and document such an amazing time in their lives.  I wanted to post a few samples of our session together… thank you Katie & Dave for being so easy to work with – all the best to you guys! 😉
